can u get b ranked stuff only on b ranked missions?

So far I've noticed 3 star stuff on most of the b-rank missions I've been on (at various different locations.....which is still a C rank weapon. It might be possible on B ranks in the harder areas....not sure, but I'm going to say (so far, its still C rank stuff)

i havent run across any yet, so i dont think so, i bet its possible but i havent encountered any yet. mybe in A, but i played only one A mission. so not sure, waiting till i hit about lvl 28 for another.

I haven't found any rare weapons, c or b. Just rare items.

I have found a b rank weapon in b rank missions. is was a 4-5* sceptor from b rank relics.

i havent found anything B class on B rank mission. the only thing i found that was A Class was a Grinder A in a B rank mission.

I've found several Sceptors and a Twin Sucker in B Relics. They're around.
