I was thinking about making a rogue that uses daggers and claws and was wondering which class has great attack and excellent evp?

mod edit: there, fixed it for yah - you could have edited your post yourself too, instead of starting to drag the thread off-topic.

Well Newmans are supposed to have the best EVP I think... and Beasts have the best ATP.

Yea I've noticed my newman blocking a lot.

How about less trolling and stay on topic?

Im not sure if the character you are trying to make is possible. Maybe you may have to wait till Expert classes to make your final decision then.

and the topic was about being a rogue that can spell or a rogue that can dodge?

or are we just angry Rogues that hate being called "Rouge" ?

-EDIT- and I have to agree with Nites. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif the advanced classes may be better suited towards a "rogue" build.

It sounds like currently you'd have to go human to get decent ATP and EVP to make this "rouge" that you want.

Happy, Nites? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

I guess Figunner would be rogue-ish since you can use S-class dual sabers/twin daggers ?

I think Newman Figunner would seem the best fit for a rogue. I actually had the same idea, but my newman is now going Guntecher since I fell in love with Twin Handguns and healing and buffs will be nice. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

Can Figunners use claws? BTW I won't be using any guns.

To be honest, how do you make a Figunner? (look at the number of posts I have and you'll know why I ask this)

I see someone corrected the title of this topic.

Thanks Phalynx! The Fortefighter looks pretty good too because of the S rank claws.

Yea but if you really want finesse and a more rogue like character, go with figunner. As for race, its all up to you. Personally, I think newmans fit the bill well but a Human can pretty much do anything. I guess maybe a beast would be alright. Youd get the atp and hp they have with the added ata bonus from the class maybe to balance out there lack of it.

Just so you know, by rogue I mean assassin. High Evp and great attack, and CLAWS.

I am a female beast and play as a rogue. I am almost exclusively a dagger user and my armor is maxed for evade rather than power. Basic stat wise the female beast takes a little drop from the male beast in ATP but gets a bump in EVA - think second best next to newmans.

You might want to consider Wartecher. They're kind of rogueish. Their main weapons are daggers and claws. Plus they can use longbows, which are kind of rogueish too. Theres shifta which increases attack power, and zoidal which raises ata and evp, so it's like hitting evasion in wow, but it lasts longer. Plus you can use dark magics to kinda simulate poison. I'd suggeset human for that.

Interesting, Lnin0 and Scirrocco.
