I doubt it would be as big as WOW. The pre-existant warcraft fan base was massive, thats why the game was such a huge hit off the bat. The PS series is great, but probably a little to under appreciated.

The only way it could compete with wow is is they add some form of pvp with a "guild/team" type system.

It'd take a lot more than just PvP for PSU to compete with WoW. Personally I find PSU much more fun, but there would need to be much more content to do to keep the average WoW player interested long enough to get them hooked.

It is certainly great to see PSU is getting some extra publicity through Yahoo though. Should help draw at least some people to the game who may not have heard about it or didn't bother to look into it yet.
