PAs and bullets

Just noticed that the ATA percentages are below 1 on the PAs and Bullets. So that means most lv1 PAs and bullets basicly cuts your Hit rate to half?

Yup.

Not using elemental bullets gives you full strength of listed accuracy for the gun, but you don't get the chance of status effect on enemies and extra damage %.

it goes up as you levelt he skill though so no worries. Not using a bullet is simply silly
