Grouping with higher/lower levels?

I just had this sudden fear strike me that, like all MMOs, all my friends are going to rapidly outlevel me and I'll be left in the dust with pickup groups and soloing, always trying to catch up and never quite getting there.

Does anyone know if PSU imposes some sort of hard cap on who you can group with, level wise? Like "if your buddy is this high, no xp for you!" or anything like that?

Yeah there's no restriction. They'd have to seriously ease up and let you get a few hits in for exp to be good though.

Well harder missions will have a minimum though.
