IIRC you can also upgrade a lower grade material into this one with a certain synth board. It can be purchased in guardian colony synth shop. Alternatively for a quick and cheap fix you can go to the desk in your room and search for a player shop by item, then type in marseline.

I looked everywhere and couldent find it...would there be any reason i couldent get it?

Make sure you check every vendor in the synth shop if you buy it from NPCs, only one/two will have it in their inventory.

Yeah. You can buy it @ the synth shop in Parum just outside the GRM shop for 1200. As has been said, you may also upgrade lower ores by purchasing the 1->2 * 2->3 * etc boards at that same shop.

FYI: I was browsing through player stores trying to get Marc. a little cheaper. Almost all players that had it wanted more than the shop sells for and one, claiming to be from PSOW was selling it for a completely ridiculous 20,000. *shaking head*

I found some marseline for 800 last night in a player shop, Ive also bought it for 400 in the past.

Play Mad Creatures the two legged blarg guys drop it sometimes....You'll get average one or two per run.
