You can't buy them. The one you get is the one you'll keep.

PM zero is available in the Japanese version, its not available in the US version yet. All it does is return your PM to level zero, it doesn't give you another one.

You CAN make another character with your account, and raise a different PM with it. Now, you don't have to do anything with that Character. Simply use your main character to get the items you want the New character's PM to digest and stuff, and store it in that storage box. Log on with the new character, and feed that stuff to your 2nd PM.

However, if you want your main to be able to reset the PM, you'll have to wait for the update.
