Things NOT available offline?!

Someone posted on the official boards that Axes, Fans/Cards, and Grenade Launchers are not available offline. I assumed that you could find them somewhere... Is it really true? I was looking forward to using fans offline.

EDIT: Fans proven to be available offline. I guess this guy didn't see them in the shops so he assumed that they weren't available at all. I guess it's only clothes and missions that are online-exclusive for now! (Maybe?)

EDIT 2: Someone just said that the "Harisen Battle Fan" thing is a saber. *sigh*...

Well,ive said this before about axes,and i guess i won or something didnt ge ta response...
But if you got to this site,on main page and look at the weps,youll see..."Ethan Waber" the story mode main character...holding an AXE with a PA.
So if it is in game,its most likely...a very rare drop or a S-rank mission reward.

I beat story, and have a lv40ish extra, and I've yet to see any of the weapons in that list. Not that I really care, seeing how I dislike most of those weapons...
