SP class LVLing same in network?

In singplayer, I noticed that when I got Hunter from LV1 to LV2, I was able to use C-rank rifles, shotguns, and dual handguns. Do network classes get increased weapon ranks with class levelups?

EDIT: Well, I'm dumb. Singleplayer Hunters were always able to use C-ranked rifles, shotguns, and dual handguns. Nevermind...

Yes, I believe they do.

However, I think some higher ranking weapons in PSU Online are not available yet

yes but hunters dont get to use rifles at any lvl or anything like that they get the majoirty of melee weapons at s-rank depending on what form of hunter you are going to become e.g. fortfighter,figunner or wartecher and also these classes depend on oyther weapons you'll recieve like fortefighter the only weapon that isn't melee i belive is a-rank handgun

So, do you have any idea if a level 10 fighgunner can use S-rank single claws, or S-rank handguns?
