PSU-Item: how do you get high elemental %'s?

just wondering, how do you get like the 30+ %'s when you synth a weapon, its CRAZY.

Its random probably based off luck. I just synthed a bunch of C rank sabers to use excess materials and ended up with % anywhere between 12%-28%

There are probably higher * rated photons down the road, 30+ my not be possible till then.

Yeah, I made a Stinger with 44% Fire last night.

I think it might also be based on the weapon because I've seen alot of high element daggers...
