can't seem to be able to purchase a hunters liscense. I entered in my visa card info and stuff, it works cuz i just susribed to gold. and now it says "no memberships are available at this time. please try again later"

is that just a temporary message or am I missing something? =3

you can only sign up if you're US or JP anythings else is a BIG no no

Probably disallowing memberships for a short time as they fix the internal error or whatever issue. I'd try it again a few times over the course of the day, if nothing, try tomorrow/monday. Not much help I know, but if it's Sega's doing and not just an error, there isn't much else that can be done.
