Chapter 12 Help. *Spoilers Inside*

I'm at the start of chapter 12 and at the part where Ethan is looking for people to help him save Hyuga and Maya from the HIVE. After the talk with Leo, Ethan said he was going ot go find Curtz but I can't find the guy. I've search on every planet and all the shops, but it's like he fell off the planet or something. Can anyone tell me where he is that has done the story this far?

yeah, go to parum, across from the big GRM weapon shop will be the AMF base, walk up to it for the scene

I just beaten story mode last night.

So easy.. but the I never unexpected that meteor attack. Totally throw me off.
