What happens to level 20 PAs if you switch classes?

I'm pretty close to having some level 20 bullets and level 10 Ranger, and I'm considering maybe going hunter. If I go hunter, will my bullets become temporarily delevelled to 10? Like, if I switch back to ranger will my bullets become level 20 again or will I need to re-level them?

you will only be able to use the lv 10 versions of those bullets.

The will stay at thier level and will be 20 again when you switch to a class that can use that branch of PAs at level 20.
Editto clarify: In use as a hunter though they will be capped at 10.
