Anyone know how EXACTLY a PM's Battle Stat rating effects it

Pretty much the topic title says what's on my mind..

How does this value affect a PM's abilities in battle exactly? Mine is 14 right now, but I don't notice too much difference..

My PM certainly is a bit less aggressive than Lou, I hope she gets at least around to Lou's level of aggressiveness if not more... then she'd rock more than she does now..

I think that says "according to certain magazine's info, it has to do with further evolutions of the PM, but details are not known yet"

My only problem is deciding whether to make a strike or tech pm on my main hunter. Making multiple pms on different chars is easy, but leveling these PM's battle levels takes a serious time investment.

Are you talking about the PM's stats in terms of strike/tech/armor/range

or

are you talking about it's personal battle level? like when you clear a mission and it levels up

There's only one battle stat value.. So, yes, the "personal battle level".
