So am I suppose to be mashing the two buttons to activate this?

Everytime I press the two arrow keys, 95% of time I just attack or use a weapon skill :| Switching keyboards didn't seem to help either.

you need to stand for for a sec and press both keys at the same time:)

I honeslty Still dont know and have been using it for a week lol , I just hit Square triangle and circle lol.

u have to be stationary to use it and press both attacks buttons at the same time.

Yes, you have to be standing still and wait for the little icon in the bottom right show up, then press both attacks at the exact same time, FOR MASSIVE DAMAGE!
