How much striking does Tear of Light increase?

I heard Tear of Light is mainly PM food. How much striking does Tear of Light increase? And are there any other uses Tear of Light are used for?

I fed mine to my PM the other day, and it gave like +13 Striking I think. BUT THAT IS STRICTLY OFF MEMORY. I could be wrong.

I actually think it's +18 cause I found two at one time and fed em both to the PM and wow did it give it a good chunk of lovins. I don't believe it does anything more than PM food though.
