I found mine doing A rank Mad Creatures on Parum

A rank Raphon and De ragan missions should drop it from just about everything at a low chance.

Supposedly the GRM one can also be found in B-rank shikon, but I doubt it. The Youmei version can be found in A-rank Shikon and I think B-rank Agata.
