Crea weapons are equippable only by Humans and Newmans. As far as I understand they are melee weapons with lower ATP but a larger range. So for instance the single saber PA usually only hits 2 mobs into the air but a crea saber will hit 4.

You fail to understand the meaning of claire. Claire replica weapons are all melee and they have "Kurea" in the name ("Crea" in the US version). They are 7 stars, equippable by human and newman only, and hit an additional monster with each attack. For example that claire saber hits 2 montsers at a time instead of 1. A Claire sword hits 4 monsters instead of 3.

Theres also a variation from each planet. The specific one I showed was a GRM Claire.

You're thinking "Kubara", which are weapons without a planet they're made on. Kubara literally just means other. As in, its not GRM, Youmei, or Tenora. Kubara weapons are often joke weapons or enemy weapons.

EDIT: There is also something people are calling the "True Claire". Its a 10 star double saber, currently the only 10 star weapon in the game. The board for it drops in Linear Line 1 S and it takes 24 hours to synth.

I'm going to add to the above statement. The real Claire weapons, can be used by ALL races.

This is not saying that newmen and humans lose another advantage to casts and beasts, but I'm pretty sure there will be more weapons out there that those 2 races can't use (being that within the continuity of PSU itself, it seems that Humans and Newmans are the races that can "control" photon [energy] well, and the replica Claire series had some unstable prototype photon reactors in them).

No, synthed weapons are still the original maker, but some boards dont come from a major manufaturer, and are thus Kubara.

The saber is called Crimson, and the dual version is called Two-Headed Ragnas or something like that.

Kubara weapons aren't always synthed, the only thing that holds true is that they aren't from one of the 3 main manufacturers. It literally just means "other".

If its not GRM, Youmei, or Tenora, then its Kubara.

Kubara weapons tend to also fall into a few categories. There are the variants of 6 star and 8 star guns. There are enemy weapons. There are also the kind of fun weapons like the real handgun and harisen.

Claire or Crea (Crea is pronounced basically the same way as "Claire") are a special time of weapon. But they are still made by the normal manufacturers. For example, theres a GRM Claire Saber. Theres also a Youmei Claire Saber. Theres even a Tenora Claire Saber. Theres Claire daggers, Claire swords, Twin Claires, even Double Claires. The only thing that holds true about them all is that they're all melee weapons and they can all hit 1 extra monster. Sabers can hit 2 instead of 1. Swords can hit 4 instead of 3.

the flourescent bulb isnt a frikin CREA weapon, the CREA weapons have CREA in their name, i play on story mode and extra mode a lot, and i have the Crea saber, and the Crea double saber. they have it in their name, thats not a crea weapon. certain Crea weapons hit more than usual, so a crea claw could hit as many times as a pair of twin daggers for example. that is a Kubara weapon. its a rare, but its not a Crea weapon.

Theres only a handful of claire double sabers made on the japanese servers. And, they're not available offline in any way. I don't even think you can hack them offline. For that matter, to my knowledge, none of the claires are available offline. Atleast not claire sabers either.
