I often hear about the updates and what came in them etcetc. so someone knows who frequents here..

10/5 Moatoob, lots of new missions
10/14 Level cap to 60, a few S-rank missions added, expert classes, new items and SUV weapons, ranger changes, some photon arts and boss tweaks, PM/NPC combat AI tweaks
10/19 Halloween, another S-rank mission added
10/26 Another story mission, S-rank mission

Coming some time in the first 10 days of November: new story mission, S-rank missions, new photon arts, SUV weapons, items in general, level cap raise, etc.

I'm not sure when the game was released there. I can't seem to find that luck chart on the wiki.
