Possible to do the tutorial again?

I skipped it the first time for some reason, and I don't know why, but I want to get a free Rising Strike, and more importantly, Lou's partner card. I've talked to my PM and he just talks and stuff- no tutorial option. Unless it's in a weird spot in him.

And by that, I mean go to p machine function and select "talk".

Im level 40, have done the tutorial, and still have the tutorial option under talk, its there.
