Menu Questions

Ok, I got a couple of questions about some icons in the menu... On some clothing items, there are up and down arrows to the left of the item. What does this mean? Also, what's the difference in a yellow box and a blue box on your equipped items?

A yellow box means that item is on your Action Palette. A blue one means you currently have it equipped.

That makes sense! How about the clothes though?
