I never really got my hands on a Board for Tear of Light so until I did I didn't realize just how easy it is to make one due to the Over Abundance of items it requires. So basically now I'm gonna pick those darn things up instead of leaving them on the ground for someone else http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif It takes Pannon Jelly I believe and 1 other item. And That's All! Talk about an easy board, usually the other boards take a ton of items and nothing good comes of it, or the percentages are crudd

... Yeah, but what does the consumable that comes out actually do?

I assume it's just PM fewd.

Mostly. It's either a heal item or PM fewd.

You basically feed it to your PM but the real worth of the item is to sell it in your shop, which I don't even have yet. But the lowest I have seen it go for is 1750 so it's a nice little bag-O-Gold. As for feeding it to your mag, just stick with selling it http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif I've seen a Scapedoll do more for PM stats!

EDIT: LOL! Mag....wow....I guess 400+ hours of PSO is gonna take awhile to change my MAG/PM thinking http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

I was selling them for 1,000 mes.

Nothing in my shop is over 1,000 mes, except for Prolimate (which i don't necessarily want to get rid of) and my cakes sell for over 10,000 gold. I don't really expect them to sell for that much - but I am running the Naula Cake Shop of PSU... Cakes have ALWAYS been uber expensive through there.

Please help me understand....why does food sell for so much? If it just heals, what's the point? Maybe I'm missing out since I'm a force and just heal myself.

Also, any idea what Something Sweet drops off so I can make a cake? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

1) I wish I knew where Something Sweet comes from.
2) Food isn't for healing, it's PM food, and as far as I know, you can't eat it.

EDIT: Yeah...mag food...right...

For the record, giving a Tear of Light to your PM gives it +20 striking and +5 technic.

I had 2 and I was curious >_>

I thought they would be magical. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif It's like giving 5 monomates to your PM, only way more expensive. At least as far as I can tell.

Food is one of the very few ways to reduce your monetary investment in a Technic PM. Granted, it raises Striking by a lot more than it does Technic, but you can generally create food just with stuff you get out of random drops and the disks or weapons you'd be feeding it anyway will negate the Striking raises.

That, and food raise both Striking and Technic without reducing anything, so they're generally the quickest means of raising a PM to a combat form if you really want one.

...I thought Tear of Light had 30% less sodium than regular Tear of, for a great taste that was less filling..? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Once you start leveling your pm you will see how worthwhile food is. The higher a food raises a stat means more levels per feeding cycle which equals faster battle ready pm. I have been making fruit juice +12 Striking +3 tech. I buy the board for 100 and can usually get the mats for 50ish meseta. So for an item that raises stats that much for that cheap is very nice.
