Recommended shop

How does this thing work in the vision phone menu? Can you somehow recommend shops you've been to? or is it something else?

As far as I can tell, its a button that has no use.

I pressed it one time and it actually gave me a shop. It had nothing in it though. I haven't seen this button provide results since.

I select it, and it pops up random stores. I don't get it, though.

Yeah I am not sure what it is for. I have tried it bout 5 times only worked twice though. The shops didn't have anything good in um either except stuff that was 4 times what you would pay in a shop.

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the three words you can search with in Item, Ad and Name...

Other than that, I don't know.

i think it might populate when owners are in their shops/rooms. it seems whenever i go into one and the owner is standing there glaring at me, especially when i dont buy anything...

Not sure if this is how it works, or if sega is really this smart to make this happen. But when I was on a moonatomizer x shopping spree, I visited probably every shop that had moon in it and bought at least, I checked recommended shops and some I picked had moon atomizers X in it, but only the boards. Not sure if its random, or if that things actually keeps track of what your buying from player shops and then recomends for you.

I had one pop up finally, but it had some rediculous prices. Not sure if its(to take a quote from Bliizard) "working as intended."

I wish we could have a "Favorite Folder of Shops" instead of a useless "Recommended shop wich weren't recommended by anyone" button.

That's what I was hoping this recommended shops thing was gonna be, but it is quite useless.

Shop bookmarks would be a nice addition. wonder if it'll ever happen in a patch, considering this is fairly broke. At least recently visited list does an alright job.

recently visited is useful but i end up visiting about 50 shops a day so the ones i do like just get lost in all the crappy ones

i have also noticed using that command can freeze my game up(recently visited), either that or im not waiting long enough

Same here, i dont get it though, sometimes when you click it shows but 99% of the time it doesnt show anything.
