EDIT: I guess it is the 'Change hair/accents' option because it's 5000 meseta. I wouldnt know because I dont have that kind of money.

Human faced casts can have glasses. You have to go to the make over shop and it is in the Hair and Accessories part (the 5,000 meseta one). What is in there is all the hair styles you can get when you create a character, and then some that have hats/glasses/ribbons.
