GC: A question about multiplayer offline.

Iv heard that if you play multiplayer offline and for example player 1 dies then the other players playing will be sent to town aswell cus the game cant have players in diffrent areas. Is this true?

That's if the dead person opts to go to the nurse.

When a player wants to go to town to buy/sell or maybe get something from the bank will the same thing happen then aswell? So can all the players be in diffrent areas at the same time or what?

Basically every teleporter that isn't just "WARP" requires everyone to stand on it before you can use it in offline multiplay. The dead person can thus force everyone to go back if they choose yes, which is fairly annoying, but at least if you're playing offline multiplayer you can punch 'em in the arm or something.
