Where should I hunt? XD I just made a new Ranger and I need a good armor with an Extra Slot, so I was wondering where to search with my Force.

Relics is the only place I remember it dropping and that was from only a specific map variation.

True, there is this "block" where there are five boxes at the end, and when you break the middle one monsters appear. You can find Nanosilica in those boxes and if your lucky, Nanocarbon.

I would definitely like some confirmation on the 'always'. I can run through to the part on C in 6 minutes, but recently I've run into 4 times in a row where I didn't get any, so it was kind of a waste of time.

Where it's more than the NPC?

No thanks. I'll waste my time before I spend more than I need to.

With all the money you'd spend buying nanocarbon or gained from all the nano-hunts or even selling the nanocarbons you found, you could easily buy the armor for 14k-18k (6-8 nanocarbons is roughly 13k-18k).

The success rate for armor(even lower level) is atrocious and runs around 50%.....I took the chance with a megaline....and SUCEEDED!!!!! However, not before realizing how stupid a decision it was considering the value of the materials was worth more than buying the old armor off someone else.

Unfortunately Gigaline armor is not so easy or cheap. The best armor you can get right now for Casts especially, it is the only armor that provides an Arm, Body, and Extra slot with high stats.

15 Nanocarbons (plus extras) for 56% success rate from my level 100 armor PM. So far I haven't seen anyone who is brave enough to sell these, and I wouldn't even know how much to sell them for if I made them myself. Assuming you paid full store prices for the materials, including the board, you'd pay 59700 meseta, but the odds of success are only 56.

Wow, 56% success rate for lv100 PM? My def is lv90 and it's 55%...

Makes me kind of glad I went for 10 striking and 90 def to get more of a tank NPC... Anyway I sold a Gigaline for 98k yesterday in my shop. Already broke 1 synth tho /cry

Gotta remember that gigaline needs an elemental photon and you cant choose the element, meaning no base photons to increase the percentage.
