What area does this drop in? Or is it synthed?

It drops in Parum wilderness missions, like Plains Overlord or Mad Creatures. You can also synth one using the "Parum Souvenier" board in the shop in Holtes. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

Isn't that for the sunflower decoration? I know there is that one, and an actual decoration sold in the npc shop called Flowers.

Oh, my mistake. Yes, the Flowers decoration is just in the NPC shop... nothing rare about it. It's a pink cherry blossom tree, right?

Correct^ Sunflowers drop in Parum (though due to my craplenum status I've never actually seen them drop >_<) and you buy Flowers at the Home Decor store for 1K.

yea i think you can only buy that one. and the sun flower one drops. if you plan to buy the boards for the soviegners than i suggest using ash than wood for the synth. you get a better decoration than a sun flower or a latern. instead you get a hoverboard that ethan rids at the beginng of the game(pretty sure thats what it looks like) and i think you get a different latern for neudaiz one.

The flowers decoration is pretty nice. I should have purchased that instead of the "cosmo toilet," which turns out to be a fancy space toilet. It effectively makes that display room into one big bathroom.

Ugh, dunno how I could have missed this in the shop. You'll laugh to know I spent around half an hour running to every shop I know of looking for it.

I guess I assumed the Flowers in the shop were Sunflowers... lol...
