Can photon arts/technics/discs not be sold in personal store

I searched for some and it came up with nothing. Do people just not bother or can they not be sold that way?

Also - do more technics show up in shops the higher your level? I heard that but wasn't sure if it was true and if it is - does anyone have a guide to what shows up when?

I looked for some too and didnt see any. Its very possible the person selling Rising Strike got his/hers from the tutorial and had already bought it, not knowing they could get it free from the tutorial. I thought that enemy's would drop them, but if they dont there is no point in buying it from the store and selling it in a shop.

I suppose so - except that there are some that I can't find in stores yet - but I may be too low of a level to use them anyway so I'll just wait and hope. I'm thinking as more stuff gets unlocked, then they will start dropping those techs you cant buy in stores. Or boards to make them.... I suppose thats how you get weapons you cant find in stores. Like the Daggers I bought last night. They are not in any merchant store, but they were in a few player stores.
