Do Sega issue an Sega ID? Help please!!!

Do Sega issue an ID to you or is it your email address or something? Please I need someone to help me out.

you need an ID, if you are on the PS2 or PC, if you are on the 360, you need a gold membership and then go to the xbox live marketplace, search games, then all games, then phantasy star universe, and then purchase a new membership.

Edit: oops forgot, to register a game ID, go to Phantasystaruniverse.com and you should be able to set it up from there.

Better yet, go to http://billing.playsega.com/ where the actual billing site is. You'll register an account there, and the account name and password you choose will be your account and password you use to log in on PSU.
