I see the Japanese version is getting a "new" mission and "new" s-rank missions. Are those completely new as in exclusive to online or is everything Japanese is getting is already available offline?

they are the same offline.

They are exclusively online. The new mission doesn't appear offline, and offline missions have no ranks so S-Rank missions do not exist.

atm new actually means unlocked cause its already on the disk u installed or play the game with.
