Rappy Gang

This morning i played a regular mission and instead of the normal monsters a gang or rappies showed up. This is the first time i've seen it. After killing them all i recieved two rappy's feathers. The info says it's used to synthesis a special item so i'm wondering what it is. Does any one know and have there been n e other rare monster encounters?

It's used to make a Rappy figurine, I tried making it twice in the past.. and it failed. D: Anyway, the figurine looks pretty nifty, you should try sything it sometime. :]

I was soloing a B relics with my npc and I had 4 rappies appear. Dang those things are tough. It was already tough trying to solo B relics at the level I was. Got 4 rappy feathers though. Failed the synth though.

Seen a couple people sporting the figure.

Tengohgs are not rare monsters. Every time I run through B-A Neudaiz Mizuraki Defense route I end up having to kill at least 20 or more of those bastards. Also they spawn in the Agata Relics.
