What is "Black Heart"

I have no idea what it does. Could someone inform me of what it does exactly.

I'm gonna guess somewhere on Neudaiz despite the fact the screens are in Parum. With all the people spamming every mission on Parum you'd think Mr. Bragging Rights would've been here by now with like 5 of those. Nobody goes to Neudaiz, so something like this may exist over there.

Though I admit i've not seen a drop guide for the offline extra mode so maybe it was on Parum after all.

Anyways I would rather prefer to find the Safety Heart myself. It's basically impossible to die offline when you have it equipped.

There's a higher level version of the safety heart that doesn't have the frilly hearts after you beat story, by the way. It doesn't have any animation, so you may like the frilly hearts more. Either way, I still want my wings.

I beat Story already. I never found the higher level version of the Safety Heart. I found 2 Whitill Wings though in Hive.

It's in one of the shops, I think in Parum. Just check through them. You'll notice it's a higher rank than the safety heart.
