It doesn't look any worse than a lot of the ones I've seen you post, Rizeru. Besides, what does it mean when a banner looks "crispy"?

I think it's actually pretty decent--the font seems a little off to me, and you could maybe find a higher resolution picture of the Guardians Colony (and maybe get rid of some of that blank space to the right of it) but otherwise, I like it.

The suggested better quality space colony would be a good idea too, lastly, try and find the font used in the old BGs (or copy/paste it through) I really like their choice font for this. Otherwise not too shabby!

as others have said, the space stations lack of detail seems to make it look too seperate. There is something about the planet to, it's either an a quality issue or it has to do with the light from the nova. The part of the planet that's closest to the nova center is dark, but further away it is rather bright. or it could be both reasons.

I like it. The lettering of the words is something I can read, which is good, because the PSO text is impossible to make out sometimes. The space station seems a little hazy, so a higher resolution picture of that should be thrown in. The rest of it is fine.
