Whats the deal with el rappy's and its lrgr version

Why is it when my brother play's in ultimate he always seems to find a fatter version of the el rappy.I dont get the deal with it it atcually makes me angry just seeing that tubby version of the el rappy.

There just fat, nothing special to them, and if you're real lucky you can see a fat Pal Rappy as well, but that's as rare as seeing a Pal Rappy itself.
