What is this room decoration?

I hate to make a whole thread about this but oh well. I was looking in some shops for room decor and looking through shop keepers rooms I came across what looks like part of an oriental style tree with a small live bird.

I looked through the item db and could not find a picture that would help me with what to search shops for.

Any help would be great!!

The one you're refering to is simply called Scroll, drops pretty commonly in neudaiz areas
