View Full Version : Why do i find Rarer items on lower level characters?

I havent found any extremely rare boards and whatnot. on my high level character. but on my lower characters. i find things like flourescent bulb and whatnopt. WHY!!!

So luck this time is for how you find stuff....is it still a factor on crit-hits?

It's a misconception. Luck doesn't affect critial hits, as Tycho has mentioned here.
