Alteric Bow?

I'm guessing this is a rare bow, I ended up finding a level 50 Force today, and he had an Alteric Bow eqquiped, but what I noticed is that it was 6 Stars, and a Kubara weapon...

Does anybody have a picture of it or insights on how to obtain it?

Take a 6 star bow board, and sub in Kubara wood instead of the usual.

You can't buy a 6 star board, nor can you sub in items ...

What I mean is, find the board in Hakura Temple A rank. When you synth the bow, you will have an option to use Kubara wood instead. If you do that, your end result will be Alteric Bow.

Quite possibly. I believe souvenier boards are affected by the quality of wood.

i saw that you could use par wood or par ash with the parum board (on psupedia) or was that both?

Any time there is a question mark in the recipe, you can substitute in different items of the same type; normally you see this with photons, but if you bothered to talk to your PM about synthing, it tells you this also occurs with woods.
And somewhere else there are pics of the Alteric bow, it looks like a normal bow except it's black.

I dunno about looks but the stats were horrible. A baybari bow had 100ish? more ATT the biggest upside to this bow is almost like clair weapons without the extra hit. Just insanely high ATA it had 100 more than the baybari with a higher ata req to equip to boot.

I dunno if its true but someone kept saying kabura products have a special grind table that gets huge bonuses. If its true there may be a nice use for this weapon at 6 grinds.

Well, after two grinds, a Bulb looks a lot like Tenord stuff, but, didnt compare it at base.

I have this bow at 5 grinds. It has 512ATP. It also has in incredible accuracy rating (286 if I remember right). The gains on grinding it are 30-50atp each.

then its true, bay(349 base att with 185 ata) is around 400 at like 3-4 grinds and that weapon starting at 280ish att and leaping to 500 is rediculous...

I got the same bow the other day. Only had a 16% success rate for me but i got the synth to work on the first go.

The grind bonuses are very nice but i dont think i'm gonna risk going past 6 on a lucky day >.> Probably once the new content hits then il go ahead and try to grind to 10 because i already know i'l get a better bow in the future

I think that is the normal percent because i didnt level my range stat on my PM.
