I think swords fit the ego of most under 30 males, as opposed to spears. Overcompensate much?

actually i think females are better at using swords than males. males have this huge recoil on the 3rd part of the combo string and females choke up on the sword kinda and swing faster and during the recoil you cant use a pa for a moment. i love the second part of dus robado your character ducks thier head then swings the spear in a reverse sweep above your head its totally awesome.

That is'nt why I like spears. You don't have break your neck to hit all enemies with it. For guys I guess that little thrown in eye candy is good for something.

If you're good at being patient, spear weapons can allow you to take down some really strong enemies just by poking, backing off and poking. The range leaves you in enough of a safety zone so that you aren't in much danger from swiping enemies.

I use spears becuase they are great for rangers and for enemies with mulitple targets. dus daggas at lvl 11 is killer (mine is at 15), Wth my B gread weapon and synthed 5 tiems I can do over 2000 after one full dus daggas combo.

There are not a lot of spear users, they think it's slow but It's a powerful weapon.

Actually, it's what Relam says. My spear is currently my strongest weapon, so I use it all the time.

Holding the left analog stick to any direction cuts recoil time.
