What the hell is this I keep hearing about using that damn sword? If it's true, how do you get it?

It's a one hit sword that is obtained by combining a 10 star flwen with Olga Flow DNA, when your health drops below (i think it's) 10% you can use the special attack which is the same as Dark Flows Fire attack the one where a wall of fire moves forward.

that sounds sweet...but how do you get olga flow dna, does he rarely drop it after you kill him or something?
