Depends on the rule.

I'd seriously say in rule one, two FOs would equal ownage. FOnewman and FOnewearl. Unless you got on anti freeze units your going to be frozen alot. If you use ice escape your still opne to a 3 hit hard combo done by a FO, you'll just be able to break out by the 3rd hit which will connect to you anyway. Also rabarta goes through walls and objects. You can try to spec out your units in ice, but then your open to megid and vice versa. Techs can knock you down, but not when your frozen.

Perfect/resists aren't common, and freeze/resists aren't common either.

For other rules HUcast FOnewman seems about right. Although I'd say a FOnewman FOnewman nuke fest in would be interesting.
