What's "Tear of Light" used for?

Gives the PM 20 striking when you feed it tear of light. Thats about all I'm aware of.

i found it in C grove of fanatics, and yeah increases strike +20, tech +5. The mats aren't that bad either I think trans acid and panon jelly or something.

Yeah, the board drops in Grove of Fanatics, and it uses Trans Acid and Pannon Jelly, so overall its good, if you can find it.

Not much, I think I finally sold it at 500, but then again I could have just been some bad luck on my part.

Honestly its one of those "rare in name only" drops. It pops up as a red box on the ground but seems to drop quite frequently on even C rank Temple missions. I almost always find 1 in the locked room with 3 boxes near the boss warp.

I ususally have no problem selling them or 1k. The components themselves are easy enough to find - I have about 50+ of each just waiting to be Synthed. It's the boards that are somewhat rare, and I've seen those go or 800-1000 in player shops, so I think 1k is a fair price.

I doubt anybody who knows the effect of it would pay more than 1k, in my opinion. But, people still have things listed over NPCs and still sell them, so...
