Yes, SUV-Weapons, which are called forth from the weaponry gods in space. Same idea as nanoblast, a lot of damage in a short duration, however it's shorter than nanoblast and you can't move while doing it, but it hits everything in the room if you aim correctly.

It goes by race, not job. So rangers are just rangers. But if you are a Cast ranger, then you have SUV.

At levlel 20 go to the armor unit shop on Cylez (Or any planet I guess.) and a couple of the units will be SUV units.
