Is the pricing the same for offline/online NPC shops?

I haven't played offline but i hear people talk about how they can buy S rank weapons from shops and i'm just wondering if these prices will be the same once its available online?

No, the prices are very different. In general, I'd say everything offline is about twice as expensive as online. However, the meseta drops and rewards offline are about 15-20 times better than online (not exaggerating, really).
