Both times I got it I was leveling a new character doing linear line runs.

I found one on a C run, so I don't think it matters as long as it's Linear Line.

well i mean its a 3 star rarity board so arent things in A more stars?

its always gonna be in the first box on the left side. it usually replaces mates.

So far, the 9 I found were on Linear Line. Only one of them ever worked, so the best of luck to you!
