View Full Version : So PSU, Licenses and the 360...

So after drooling over this game ever since I witnessed the first concept trailer, I finally managed to get ahold of it. Great fun, really. Thing is, I picked up the version for the 360. And I bought a Guardian License.

I was kinda.. blown away. The beta had so many people, so many games going on. It reminded me of the first time I logged into PSO. It was cool. However, I logged in tonight and... the server was dead. I saw five people in all, and four games going between a few different missions.

Are the 360 servers always this dead? Did I just pick a bad night? If it is, would I have to purchase a new guardian license to play on the PC or PS2?

Thanks.

...What server are you on?

Servers 1-3 are usually packed. Walk over to one of those Orange Crystals and pick a different Universe.

There's the problem. *Chuckles* The game has been automatically sending me to Universe 30, and I didn't even notice it.

I still would like to hear an answer to the one question:

can the guardian licence be used on the other platforms?

(I have the 360 currently)

As would I, actually. I know the PC and PS2 Licenses are interchangable for either platform, but does it govern all three?

No. 360 users do not require a Play Sega account to purchase a Guardian's Lisence, and as such we cannot use our subscriptions to play on the other platforms.

Our subscriptions are linked to our Gamertags.
