My 15 day trial ran out last night. When I loaded psu up, it told me that my guardian's license expired and it asked me if I wanted to buy one from the marketplace. I went to the Phantasy sar universe downloads section and found the 'phantasy star universe guardian's license' item. I selected it, and it brought me to a screen that had:
Modify Membership: When selected, xbox told me there were "no available memberships at the time". useless
Redeem prepaid code: doesn't do anything but let me exchange an xboxlive card for ms points. useless
Change payment option: Just a screen that lets me change my payment option. usless.
There is nowhere that lets me buy a new guardian's license. I've asked some friends that bought a new guardian's license and they say I'm doing it right, but I should be able to bu the license.
It's almost as if Sega knows my license is expired, yet Xbox think I still own a membersghip, therefore not offering an option to buy a new one. I dunno.
Help?
