Ever since I got PSU I could never get rid of the horrid jaggies, I've tried everything. While I wasplaying the JP version on my friends comp everything looked fine and I didn't bother with it too much because you couldn't notice it with my cast. But recently I made a newman character and I constantly notice the horrid jagginess (not a word) and I can't get rid of it. Both my anti-iso (16X) and anti-aliasing (6X) are at max and I have all the options about as high as they can go. Is this normal or is there something I'm missing?

Pardon the horrible spelling/grammar. My hands are REALLY cold http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif

EDIT: heres a screenshot of what it looks like. http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l93/vitius/psu.jpg

2nd EDIT: ok it doesn't look that bad in the image because it's shrinked down but you get the point (you can tell by looking at the arms)

Anti-aliasing doesn't work for this game.. and with an ATI card, 16x anisotropic doesn't work for this game...

Best on an ATI card is 2x anisotropic, at the moment..

You're just going to have to deal with the jaggies until SEGA fixes the inability to enable anti-aliasing in their program. (Or ATI or NVIDIA add driver hacks to get them to work in this game, which probably won't happen. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wink.gif)

roar (actually 16 anti-iso seems to work for me because when I turn it down then the shadows become giant pixels)

I guess I'll have to live with it. I could have sworn that it looked way better in the JP version and my friend has a worse gfx card than me http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

fine, I guess I'll have to live with "not visible" jagged edges but I guess once you engage in the awesomeness then you don't really notice it.
