Just dropped from a solo C-rank De Ragan run I did.
Anyone know what it does? I searched for "De Ragan Tail" but found nothing saying what it's used for... Nor does the item information in the item database say what it's used for.
I'm guessing synth, but what synth? Is there even anything that you can synth yet with it?
