If you can't download it from the official site don't download it at all, or else I hate you.

STFU while I count my last months paycheck. *flips through* Yep, all 22 100s are here.

Now, what shall I spend it on... don't care for a PS3, and have already decided to myself to not get a Wii until sometime around Christmas. Otherwise i'd have nothing to give myself. >.<

Hmm... oh I know! I'll go buy candy. :3

Well i'm buying the PC version as soon as I can afford my new PC. I'll have that baby sometime in jan/feb of next year. Right now all I need is the ps2 version.

Tell him to buy the pc version if he wants to have more time on it. Otherwise, shut up already.

I'd buy it for PC but I dunno how well my system would like multi-tasking FFXI, Dawn of war dark crusade, and PSU XD

Nov 16, 2006, 02:09 AM
ah.
well, if you really like the game you should buy it, not try to download, ST needs your support! YOUSH!

Well FFXI looks like shit no matter what setting it's on. It takes practically no video card and almost no ram to play at max settings. Damned sausage finger'd mithra. :

To the gentleman (and I do use that term loosely) who's looking for an illegal copy of PSU, I offer up the words of comedian Jim Norton to you:

"Go fall in a bucket of AIDS, then die in a fire."

Good day, sir. =D

BloodDragoon
Nov 16, 2006, 02:15 AM
Well I haven't shutdown FFXI since the day I installed it which was day 1 of the US release lol. Dawn of war did the campaign got bored, downloaded a mod for it that upped the unit cap to 100 infantry/100 vehicle lol now it feels like a real war and not a little skirmish XD, On top of that I keep looking at Battlefield 2142...

Look it dosen't matter if you already have the ps2 version or not the fact is torrents is not allowed to be asked and/or discussed here.....end of story.
and
Why isn't this topic locked yet? >_<

I was wondering the same thing...

This arguement works for CDs and MP3s.

If you have the CD, you are perfectly within your right to download the MP3 version from Kazaa and can't nobody say otherwise.

It doesn't work for games.

KG

good to kno and about it not bein locked i think its because no one cares enough to lock it

It DOES work for games; it's called a LEGAL BACKUP. However, what the original poster is suggesting is not a legal backup because he does not own the PC version. He could, however, download a copy of the PS2 image for safe keeping.

Granted, the PS2 version sucks horribly because of the slowdown and whatnot, but hey.

no you can't, I believe it says so in the booklet, you can't make back-ups of games

Yeah I meant to go back and say that but my browser is being really laggy. I'll just quote you and say yeah.

I meant to put it as "It doesn't work for the same game but on different platfrorms.".

You guys know that you could use the very same disc and let your friends install the game, right? That's all it takes for anyone to have it.

For them to play it, they'd have to buy a Guardian's License. Ask a friend to borrow the disc, instead of downloading it. Chances are, it's safer, virus-free, and faster than downloading.

Which makes me wonder why people are complaining about downloading it off BitTorrent.

Blame Sega for not having CD Keys.

In conclusion, all of you who are complaining, need to STFU, APOLOGIZE, and then GTFO!
