I found Rappies yesterday, and have a question....

Ok, I was doing Forested Islands on Neudaiz and found 2 Rappies on Block 3, I killed them took the Feathers and move on, then at the very last part pf the block, I find another Rappy, then I kill it and another Spawns, did I get super lucky and got 2 spawns or were the last 2 only because I found that first pair

I've had 3 spawn and all drop feathers for board in a solo run, but thats about as good as my luck gets.
